Site Type Descriptions:
Rustic: No water or electric hook-ups
Water/Electric: Water and 30 amp electric hook-up
Full Hook-Up: Water, Sewer, and 30 amp electric hook-up. Includes a cement patio slab.
Premium: Water, Sewer, and 50 amp electric hook-up. Includes a cement patio slab.
*All Sites Include a fire pit and picnic table
Site fee includes 2 adults, 1 camping unit, and your minor children.

Although we do intend to keep these rates for the 2012 season,
we reserve the right to change these rates without prior notice.
All rates will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
The Site Fee is for one camping unit and one family (2 Adults and their children under 18
years old). Additional Persons $7.00 per adult, per night, $3.00 per child. If more than 1 camping unit is set up,
an additional Rustic Site Fee ($34-$43/Night) will be charged.
Site Rental Information:
DURING PEAK SEASON July 8 - August 6: Any reservation that includes
a Saturday night stay will have the following requirements:
Rustic Site - 2 Night Minimum
Water/Electric - 3 Night Minimum
Full Hook-Up - 4 Night Minimum
Premium - 5 Night Minimum
4th of July Holiday:
Any stay including the dates of July 1- July 7 require a minimum night stay at Holiday Rate:
Rustic Site - 4 Nights
Water/Electric - 4 Nights
Full Hook-Up - 4 Nights Due to High Demand Full Hook-up Has Increased to a 7-night Minimum
Premium - 5 Nights
Memorial & Labor Day Weekend Require a 3 Night Minimum
Reservation Information:
A 2-night deposit is required for non-holiday stays at the time of booking. Holiday stays require a 3-night deposit.
All reservations without deposits will be canceled within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Campsites: 7 days prior to arrival - refunded less $10.00 cancellation fee
Less than 7 days - Forfeit Deposit
Rentals: 30 days prior to arrival - refunded less $10.00 cancellation fee
Less than 30 days - Forfeit Deposit
Additional Booking Information:
We cannot guarantee specific site number requests, but we will try our best to accommodate you. Site numbers will be given out at check-in.
Maximum of 4 Adults per Site (Extra charges will apply)
There are NO TENTS ALLOWED on Full or Premium Sites
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL
