Although we do intend to keep these rates for the 2011 season, we reserve the right to change these
rates without prior notice.
We will do our best to update this page whenever a change is determined.
All rates will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
Site Rental Information:
During the peak season, July 9 - August 6, any reservation that includes
a Saturday night stay will have the following requirements:
Rustic Site - 2 Night Minimum
Water/Electric - 3 Night Minimum
Full Hook-Up - 4 Night Minimum
Premium - 5 Night Minimum
4th of July Holiday:
Any stay including the dates of July 1- 4 require a minimum night stay at Holiday Rate.
Rustic Site - 3 Nights
Water/Electric - 4 Nights
Full Hook-Up - 4 Nights (Due to High Demand, the minimum has been increased to 7 nights)
Premium - 5 Nights
Memorial & Labor Day Weekend Require a 3 Night Minimum
The Site Fee is for one camping unit and one family (2 Adults and their children under 18
years old). Additional Persons $7.00 per adult, per night, $3.00 per child. Maximum 4
adults. Additional camping units will be charged a Rustic Site Fee ($34-$42/Night).
There are NO TENTS ALLOWED on Full or Premium Sites
All reservations without deposits within 7 days will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy:
Campsites: 7 days prior to arrival - refunded less $10.00 cancellation fee
Less than 7 days - NO REFUND
Rentals: 30 days prior to arrival - refunded less $10.00
Cancellation fee less than 30 days - forfeit deposit
