Rental Check In:
Registration: 3 pm to 11 pm
Check Out: Before 11 am

Security Deposit:
There is a $50.00 security deposit due upon registration. This deposit will be returned at departure after the unit is checked for damages. Renters will be responsible for missing items and any damage to the unit which may void the refund.

Cancellation Policy:
For any rental unit, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a refund of your deposit, less a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival will NOT be refunded.

NO PETS ALLOWED WITH ANY OF THE RENTAL UNITS.

Weekly rental check-in on Saturday and check out the following Saturday. Daily rates are available April 1 through June 25 and August 21 through October 15. There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Please call our office at (231) 873-4502 for further information or to make reservations.

**Items furnished in the duplex units include: pots, pans, coffee pot, and toaster. They also have a
bathroom, stove and refrigerator.

Duplex 1. Sleeps 6. 1 bedroom with a queen size and 1 full size bed. Living room has a futon. Supplied with pillows and comforters. Bring sets of sheets and blankets. TV included. (see ** above) (No Air Conditioning).

Cabins. Sleeps 6. Has 1 full size bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. Has porch, outdoor grill (requires charcoal), fire pit, and cement patio. Bring sets of sheets, blankets and pillows. Cabins do have electricity but NO bathrooms or water. There is no cooking allowed inside the cabins. (No Air Conditioning).
