Cancellation Policy. For any rental unit, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a refund of your deposit, less a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival will NOT be refunded.

Security Deposit. There is a $50.00 security deposit due upon registration. This deposit will be returned at departure after the unit is checked for damages. Renters will be responsible for missing items and any damage to the unit which may void the refund.

Check In: Registration is 3 pm to 11 pm Check Out: Before 11 am

NO PETS ALLOWED WITH ANY OF THE RENTAL UNITS.

NO LINENS ARE PROVIDED: Please bring your own Towels and Bedding

Weekly rental check in on Saturday and check out the next Saturday. Daily rates are available April 1 through June 23 and August 20 through October 15. ( click here for rate information ) There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. **Items furnished in the trailers and duplex unites include: pots, pans, coffee pot, and toaster. They do have
bathrooms, stove and refrigerators.

Duplex 1. Sleeps 6. 1 bedroom with a queen size and 1 full size bed. Living room has a full size sofa sleeper. Supplied with pillows and comforters. Bring sets of sheets and blankets. TV included. (see ** above) (No Air Conditioning) Please No Smoking!

Duplex 2. Sleeps 6. 1 bedroom with 1 full size bed and 1 queen in one bedroom. Living room has a sofa sleeper. Supplied with pillows and comforters. Bring sets of sheets and blankets. TV included. (see ** above) (No Air Conditioning) Please No Smoking!

Cabins. Sleeps 6. Has 1 full size bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. Has porch, outdoor grill (requires charcoal) and fire pit. Bring sets of sheets, blankets and pillows. Cabins do have electricity but NO bathrooms or water. There is no cooking allowed inside the cabins. (No Air Cond.) Please No Smoking!

Camping Rooms. Minimum 2 night stay required. Sleeps 4. Has 1 full size bed and 1 queen size. Pillows and comforters are provided. TV, heat and air conditioning included. Bring sheets and blankets. No bath in the unit. Please No Smoking!
