Rental Check In:
Registration: 3 pm to 11 pm
Check Out: Before 11 am
Security Deposit:
There is a $50.00 security deposit due upon registration.
This deposit will be returned at departure after the unit is
checked for damages. Renters will be responsible for
missing items and any damage to the unit which may void the refund.
Cancellation Policy:
For any rental unit, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a refund of your deposit, less a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival will NOT be refunded.
NO LINENS ARE PROVIDED:

Duplexes & Cabins rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday, starting June 30 until August 11. Daily rates are available April 1 through June 29 and August 12 through October 15.
There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights (at Holiday Rate) for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN RENTAL UNITS.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL
